Privacy policy

Vitaviva.com uses your contact information only to deliver your goods and to contact you regarding your order. We will only disclose your contact information to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill our delivery obligation. We do not sell, or otherwise share your personal information with others for their independent use, except as expressly set out in this Privacy and Cookie Policy or with your prior consent.

We share your personal information with our suppliers who perform services on our behalf or on your behalf, e.g. hosting services, payment services, information technology providers, including

- Our IT service providers (data processors)

- Our logistics partner Shipmondo, Postnord, which handles shipping of webshop packages

- Trustpilot

- External auditors

- Facebook and Google for online advertising

- Hello Retail and Klaviyo for marketing purposes (triggered emails etc. only regarding VITAVIVA products)

- Public authorities, if required by law

- External payments providers. 

We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Wherever your personal information is used by us or by suppliers who provide such services on our or your behalf, we will take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. We will also share your personal information when required by law. We only store your contact information in Vitaviva.com's database, where it is kept confidential at all times.

We do not store your personal information longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected the information, or for as long as required, in order for us to comply with our legal obligations to you or similarly secure our rights.

For clients, we store personal data for at least five years from the end of the financial year for the legal obligations arising from the Accounting Act and tax reporting requirements.

For marketing consent, we delete your personal information 2 years after the last contact with you in relation to the specific marketing consent. The deletion periods above may in special cases be extended, including to comply with imposed legal requirements or counter any legal claims against VITAVIVA.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to VITAVIVA's data controller bb@vitaviva.com. If you would like access to the information registered about you, please contact bb@vitaviva.com or phone +46 (0) 70 400 4565. If incorrect data has been registered or you have other objections, you can contact the same place. You have the opportunity to gain insight into what information is registered about you and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules in the Personal Data Regulation.

Payments

We use the external payment module STRIPE/BAMBORA/WORLDLINE for payment transactions and we do not store any information about your debit card on our server.

We also use the external payment module IDEAL/Mollie payments and we do not store any information about your debit card on our server.

Vitaviva.com uses cookies to remember your preferred language, display of products and your customer-ID to make it faster for you to login and find products the next time you visit vitaviva.com

NEWMESSAGE	INDICATES WHETHER A NEW MESSAGE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
NO_CACHE	INDICATES WHETHER IT IS ALLOWED TO USE CACHE.
PERSISTENT_SHOPPING_CART	A LINK TO INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CART AND VIEWING HISTORY IF YOU HAVE ASKED THE SITE.
POLL	THE ID OF ANY POLLS YOU HAVE RECENTLY VOTED IN.
POLLN	INFORMATION ON WHAT POLLS YOU HAVE VOTED ON.
RECENTLYCOMPARED	THE ITEMS THAT YOU HAVE RECENTLY COMPARED.
STF	INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS YOU HAVE EMAILED TO FRIENDS.
STORE	THE STORE VIEW OR LANGUAGE YOU HAVE SELECTED.
USER_ALLOWED_SAVE_COOKIE	INDICATES WHETHER A CUSTOMER ALLOWED TO USE COOKIES.
